Making a bronze Router Plane. Cost is $20 due at GXIV.

The router Kit includes a bronze casting on which you will be doing some light machining. You'll make knobs for it, and you'll see how to forge and heat-treat a cutter for your router. If time allows, you can work on more cutters, but each kit will come with one cutter ready to work. Everything you need to make the router is included with the kit, but feel free to bring your own special wood for knobs if you want something special.

I'd love to see demonstrations of these interesting activities: (Check any number.)
Soldering steel and non-ferrous metals
Heat treat plane iron demo.
Making quick, dirty but efffective fly press tooling. (What's a flypress? You'll find out at Galootapalooza XIV!)
